Just looks like a recoloured version of the standard 3d Windows cursors.
OH, I see!! From the preview I gather that they're actual cursor files, not intended for CursorXP expressly. But you can load them up in the Mouse settings.
Personally, I think you can make way better than to just recolour a standard package but I'm sure this will tickle somebody's interest.

The name of the set is "Age of Mitology" and you used windows 98 cursors!
