Thank you GR Jr for the comment and rating. I really couldnt come up with an idea for the hand (didnt like the ones I made) so I made the hand with Poser and edit thru PS

Yea the cursors are pretty good, however the HAND DOES NOT MATCH. Its like two different cursors. The bottom part just doesnt match the top.

everything is great but...yes, the inevitable but, there are a few things that could be changed to make it a perfect set of cursors. first, the size - like Crab said, it's a bit on the big side. perhaps 75 or 80% would be just right. Second, the rotation on the busy cursor shifts horizontally. and lastly, the blinking gray could have been executed a little smoother. other than that, it's a great set like i said.
