Windowblinds changes Windows almost completely. Curtains changes the operating system in a limited way.

My understanding from posts on the Stardock forums is that Windowblinds takes over paint control. It forces itself on EVERYTHING. That may cause issues with some apps. BUT it gives you like total control over things like progress bars and scroll bars, etc.
Curtains works WITH Windows 10. Windows 10 does the painting. Stardock magic allows them to do this. LOL But seriously, they aren't forcing themselves over Windows 10 painting, but working "inside" of it (for lack of a better description).

Could someone explain the purpose of using Curtains as opposed to WindowBlinds? Or do they work together?
