Nice skin Juni...only comments are the following:
- consider using modified versions of your button images from your other skins for WinSnoop2002. Using the default buttons just doesn't go with the neat look & feel of this skin. More XP'ish buttons would do it justice (like you use on your other skins).
Also a more "metallic"? look to the WIS Bar would be nice too...kinda like your ControlPad skin, but in a nice blue to match the color scheme of this one.

I originally designed this skin to go well with no startbar app whatsoever (like pelmar wisbar or icbar)...and I did the wisbar especially for people running the older version of PocketPC so they could enjoy the new PPC2002 look.
