. T stands for tool since it launches the program associated with the particular dashboard view you are in. I used to put a little calendar as an icon, but then I realized it actually launches other programs as well.
The angle is to make it look like it is a detached part from the skin..like a miniskin inside the skin. I was going to include a PSP layer with just transparency and the controlpad so people could use their own wallpapers...anyone interested?

Why is the control pad itself hanging at an angle? Why does "T" launch an associated program? Why do you insist on putting "PocketPC 2002" on your skins when some of us aren't running that?
And most importantly ... why is a turtle announcing that it's a juni skin?
