Good layout, but I really think the horizontally-squished icons detract from the overall look. A few more pixels of width would've improved things without reducing usable area much.
I'm also not crazy about the blatantly ripped Start icon from my Mini skin, but we'll just let that slide

Good skin, however I'm having trouble getting the WisBar to change. I'm using WisBar 1.2.2.1, and Dashboard 2.0.022 Beta.

I've updated to Dashboard 2.0.045 and it still won't change the WisBar.
