When you loads this theme, not appear the graphics. There's a little object on the top-left corner to swtich the appearing graphics. Click on it. If you uses win 2k/xp, the graphics appearing on top. If you uses win 9x/me, i don't know the graphics appears, but i think the graphics appears in normal order.
BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE TOP-LEFT CORNER! It works, i tested too many times, in a different screen sizes, and works very well. I do this for the objects are allways available.

well, i updated this theme. Now is allways visible on desktop. There's other version, with to Allways on Top mode original, but it needs a lot of computer resources. Use this NORMAL version,
