thanks alot for the comment pjpowell, as i said i just upped the theme becuase some1 said it was good, if its that simple to make it res-independant though ill do it later and re-upload it.

gr8 job m8, i like this one a lot, just goes to show that a good theme doesn't have to eat resources or take ages to download

Set wallpaper to resize.
Made the popup menu backgrounds into containers.
Moved the top two items of each menu down a little bit.
Set the bottom bar to tile at 100 and 105.
Moved the bottom 4 items (popup menu starters and icons below) to the right a bit and set to dock right and bottom.
That was it. The rest was already docking correctly.
Resolution independence can be an important factor in how popular a theme is. A lot of people won't bother tweaking a theme that doesn't fit their resolution.
