You can get the Romulan to cloak/decloak it yo u would like. use the DesktopX AlphaBlending feature.
0-100% will Decloak it
100-0% will Cloak it.
set it to forward+Backward motion
turning Clockwise it will decloak, counter clockwise it will cloak.
0-100% will Decloak it
100-0% will Cloak it.
