Looks really good, the only thing I can comment on is size! Its great to have super looking high frame animations, but keep in mind, if you want anyone to use this full time you should probably bring the size under 1meg.

gibba - The fish should move on its own when loaded into desktop X. You could try right clicking on the fish & making sure the scripts are enabled. The only other thing I can think of is maybe you have an old version of desktop X that dosn't allow this type of object..not sure if that was the case or not. I hope you get it going.
