I've been working on something similar, but yours is a little more elegant and flexible.
Is there a reason you have the height of the dock so large? I usually just add Object.Height = System.ScreenHeight to the script when it starts. That seems to work well for virtual desktop managers. Just curious...

I thoughyt the height was set to 100%. Maybe not - I can't remember

I have a dual monitor setup and it keeps pulling the object to the second monitor any ideas on how to fix this. and I've tried playing around with this but i cant figure out how to add content to the sections you say to add it to the open state but all I have when I list objects is the closed state any help would be appreceated. I would love to use this to update My longhorn sidebar.

HELP! every time I load one of your docks (I've tried several) It resets my work area so that the top is at 660 and the bottom is about 700. I assume it is something in the pin object script. I have to delete the entire object, go into the theme itin file and reset the work area to all zeros, and restart DX. Then I have to reposition all my DX objects in the obj. navigator. Any Ideas? I really want to try out this Dock but I can't seem to get it to quit fritzing up the program.

have you heard of Smartbar XP? its a nifty little program that looks exactly like your dock, is smartbar your program? i just want to know.
