a good idea indeed. the ability to 'mutate' the text is a nice add-in

You need to turn DX2 in to Edit mode to clone, that's in your DX2 menu.
To clone, right click on the background of the control panel and a small menu should come up, 'clone object(s)' and answer 'yes' to the dialog that comes up.
I'll see about adding a 'clone' button to the control panel itself, but in the meantime the above should get you started.

Oh, I suggest you 'Clear' your current texts before you clone - I'm not sure if that would work with them uncleared.
