It looks beautiful. However it isn't quite working for me. It identifies the card and the signal strength, but doesn't identify the transfer rate (which is 11 Mbps)and even at excellent strength, the bars are all red. Here is a shot:

Yeah, we've found that some of the wifi device makers use multiple names for their devices, this makes it difficult to trap all the info. I've got a version that just tested successful that should fix this...I'll upload it shortly.

I get a script error. It can't find my linksys. It looks nice, but it doesn't work for me, and there is no way to tell it where the card is. (I am actually thinking that it may have issues with USB adapters)

KamraGirl,

Can I send you a Debug version?...it will display a msgbox of what it did detect. Also, can you run it again and tell me the line number in the script error, please. Also, is it version 1.6 that you ran?

Thanks!

Wicked.

That did the trick WP! Version 1.6 works like a charm. Thanks so much to both you and ExodusCrow.

Rajii, drop me an email @ wickedp@gmail.com and I'll send you a test script that will collect some information about the Belkin NIC that I can incorporate into the script.
