I'm curious, why did you do this as a script instead of say with the DXPlayer plugin? It would have made it much easier for you i suspect.

Just trying out some more scripting. I'm trying to improve my skills
I suppose I should try that with the plugin as well, just to see what the differences are.
OK, just tried it with the dxplayer plugin and couldn't figure out how to do what my scripted object does. I just want to type in the name of a group and play all their songs; or type in the name of a song and play it; or 10 random songs; or a saved playlist.

This isn't finished yet, just wanted to get the scripting to work before I went crazy with it
