I've customized it somewhat to my needs but it's basically this. If you're interested, the changes I've made to mine are a Motherboard Monitor box (thanks to Jody Jacoby for the MBMCap), SysTray, Taskbar, 2nd CPU monitor (HyperThread chip), Calendar (Martin?), DXML International Weather(SS Goku?), and digital clock as well as the analogue one.
