2012, since dx weather doesn't work i deleted the object related to. sorry but i don't find the time to work on it.

All elements could be drag where you want on the screen (not the main menu but it's in autohide or docked by one click on the red/blue button at left bottom of itself); on each ones there are a "?" help button with left/right click menu to open their own read me as message box, link to my personal page on WC, link to send me a email, and link to Wincustomize Forums, Articles and Gallery.
This theme contains:
_Date and digital clock, _OS Name, _CPU name and use in%, use in % of 3 hard drives, _IP, _RAM use in%, _Uptime,
_Net in and out in Ko/s, _Shutdown Options Button, _Logoff Options Button,
_Hibernate Button, _all programs menu, _User Name and Picture.
_Control panel, Explorer, Windows Search, Run, _TrashCan.
_45 shortcuts for folders, URL, email, programs, gadgets, widgets, CursorXP themes, documents,
and many others... set them by right click (you can also change the icon ), launch/open them by left click
like the 3 hard drives, CD, DVD drives, Documents, Pictures, and Music Shortcuts
_The labels in main menu could be renamed by right click on them.
And Objects:
_Wallchanger, _Email Checker, _Weather, _Mouse color picker and position on screen
