Well this is a dx object, so you should open DX and import it. I just click download above and it loaded and executed as it should. Do you have DX installed?

You dont add anything to it.. its a system tray, any running program will show in it automatically. Its to replace the taskbar... Make sure you open desktopx, then import this, there are some strange issue with DX and taskbars/trays not showing anything.
