Hi, very nice, but to open the Weather TWC required 1. Parnter ID-Code and 2. License Key. Where can I see this?? Tank you so much

when you open the weather, there will be a box which has a button saying REGISTRATION. Click it, it will take you to the website to sign up for an ID and License Key.
