I didn't include those on purpose. I made this for myself and I only use the play/pause button. It is meant more as eye-candy then a remote. Since iTunes has to be open anyway I use it as the browser/controller/etc for my music. In fact it did have back and forward buttons at one point in time. (before I uploaded it). I might put them back sometime though.
