Suriken: A little strange yes, but you have to be different to be unique!

Awesome! A good friend of mine once wrote an encryption program like this but it was using a text based interface. I like this a lot, and will definitely use it. What is the depth of the encryption? 32 bit, 64 bit, 128 bit, or what?

Donkinator: I wouldn't really call it encryption. It takes the ASCII value of the letter and adds it to a random number. It then takes the new ASCII value and creates a new letter. The two characters (the new letter and random number's ASCII value) are then outputed. When it decodes it subtracts the two letter's ASCII value to find the old ASCII number.

Does that make sense?

Hmmm, bit silly if all you need is the program to decode it, anybody with the program could decode it.

I love this widget... brilliant. While yes it will not stop the FBI crime lab, 99.99% of people will have no idea what they are looking at. I think I might use it for emails to and from work.... the uses are endless... thanks.

This is what is what DX widgets are all about.

I hope this could be made with a few more options of graphics. Afew more variants couldn't hurt.

BioMeNtAl: That's something I'm learning how to put in. The ability to create your own "key". Haven't got around to that part yet
timmy griffin: I don't know what would be going on. Sorry
kith: When I get time!!
Evorg: Thank you, it was fun to work on!
Gecho: Need DX pro to do that, which I don't have. Maybe somebody who is VERY nice could do it for us

ExodusCrow - I have a widget (not uploaded) that uses key encryption. Be happy to share that part of the code with you if you like. Email is in my profile.
