You can configure IconX, which is one tab inside the DesktopX,
to not display the recycle bin within it's configuration window/options.

There is no option as stated above for the version I have. I have DesktopX builder and
DesktopX pro 3.1

how can i make it autorun on startup? liek when i open my computer it loads automatic. whenever i restart its not there
