...BUT...
It doesn't cope with fractional time differences like 8.5hours , it just apples 8 hours. I'd love for it to properly do half hour differences (Like london vs adelaide, australia) and then it would be PERFECT

The Half-Hour difference is extremely crutial to any World Clock. I'm looking forward to that update... it could mean changing something internal from a integer to decimal. Please do it.
I love its elegance. It was a prime reason to move away from Konfabulator/Y!Widgets where I used to spawn multiple clocks for world times.
Also, the time difference of the two additional clocks is from the local time, not GMT/UTC.
