How do I change which browser the link opens in? This seems to default to IE, which is EVIL!

Religious insults are inappropriate anywhere & this site should not tolerate or showcase this kind of comment in screen shots submitted with skins. People should be able to look through the gallery without wondering if they (or their children) will be subjected to this type of put-down.
