Yes, me too! Fourth of July is big around here in Eastern Idaho. It's going on my laptop, also, to show off! Thanks, WeatherBound. 
[edit: O.K., just ran it, and I've got a question: It asks if I want to add a second location, I clicked "yes", entered L.A. zip code, and the zip number appears at the top of the widget, but doesn't appear to do anything. This question came up for me a while ago, with one of "lovely"'s weather widgets, and she replied that the function wasn't implemented in that widget. No big deal at all, just curious...widget looks rockin' on my desktop!]
Belay that last, [edit]. I just discovered that it does indeed work flawlessly if I click on the zip at the top. First time I've used this feature in a weather widget. It even shows a tooltip saying what it does. [humble...]

The design of the flag works well what data you are providing. It reminds me of Paul Boyer's work on The Political Machine - high praise!
And with Flag day (US, June 14th) coming up I'll throw it up for a while.
