i feel all uploaded skins are checked before being published here n if a dream is not a perfect loop,its rejected. and if u still think dat its a bad loop, there are times when there's no traffic on da road....

Had just been thinking that I'd really like to see some originality. On originality this gets 5. Other than that, I think it's kinda rough and could use some refinement.
