Was your SWF file size over 2Mb's ?
Limit for the swf file 2mb's , keep it under that ...

maybe in my case it could be an "under" file size limit !?

the SWF res. size I use is 426x240 a small HD size ( using any video converter only for that )
keeping file size under 2mb's
but never did one 2sec. or less , so not sure if that was the problem ?
and of course you can always post a larger perview then link it to your Dream
using Youtube or Vimeo , etc.
