Then open firefox,click on the top where it says tools, then select themes.
The theme box will open,then drag the theme that you just down loaded to that theme box that opened with all of your current themes are, and drop it in there then select it, It will tell you that you need to restart fire fox. (Do it) ... Presto.................

Download the Theme (file) .JAR to wherever you want.
