hmm i cant seem to quite get the icons exactly as you've done them, the shadow gets cut off a little and the icons end up larger. ?

Once you have the icon layed out like you want it. Do a "Merge Visible" from the Layers panel. Then resize it and save as PNG files.

I had a problem getting it to unzip without a "Crc" error in Winace. Could you email me this file to see if i have better luck? (hchardy@lvcm.com)
