It's clear that English isn't your first language Xav, so I can understand how you might be offended by my comments. I must restate that I had no intention of offending you, but rather to encourage you to try a little harder to come up with some original work of your own.
When I said that you have used other people's icons, the majority of these are simply recoloured versions of the standard Windows XP icons. On closer inspection I think that perhaps there are a few icons which have been altered a little, but on the whole there are very few, if any, brand new icons which you have created.
Without stating specifics, I think you should understand why I'm against you using other people's work in your own, and it shouldn't be any big surprise that I cast a critical eye over your work. However I do honestly believe that, given the time, effort and software necessary to create original work, you have the potential to be a good skinner.

I prepare another pack matrix in 16,32,48,64 and 24bits which will be
