For some reason when I try to use the package it switches back to the default windows icons and doesn't display any icons in icon packager settings thingie HELP ME PLEASE... I would love to have my thunder storm skin complete...

I had the same problem with this IconPack, but found I had IP v2.12
Once I updated to the latest version of IP (2.5) I could view and apply ThunderStorm without problem.
It would be a good idea to check what version you have.

I noticed a feature of this icon set (not sure though 
). I use WinXP and a dark black skin for the Windows and the Icons looked normal as they should. But when I switched the skin from dark black to light grey, the icons also changed their colors from dark to light. I don't know much about skinning ... but hey ... thats awsome man!
