When I try to download and install this package using the "Download" link above, IconPackager comes back and tells me that "No Icon Package Was FOund In the File" ---
What am I doing wrong??
The "Download" link is to a file called "Ultimate_Package[1].zip" which contains no .icl file.
Where can I find the real icon file?

It works for me. Just save the file to your icon packager themes folder and then open Icon Packager and select install from disk and apply...
