Neonish? Huhm... I named this work "Inflammable", cause it looks just like an oil drops which are ready to burn up!!
As you see, this is my first work and i'm very very proud of such a sweet comments and such a high rating
But i'm also will be glad to receive any constructive suggestions about what can be improved.
I'm also planning to start a complete desktop skinnin' suite fro

Nice skin!! Try this with the Hellfire WB and Firefall wall, it looks realy awsome but then I like red anyways
