They were totally redrawn, and gotten better, mainly in the small icons 16X16.
In the previous set, the small icons had the very bad resolution.
Also, the colors are more brilliant than the previous set.

kinda dumb question...ive had your package for a while now and i love it but there is some folder files wont change, like recent and desktop when the explorer window opens for like sending images and such, and also recent folder was there before and i had changed it for some of those but now its not on the list of folders to change??????
