3.5 stars?? you got to be kidding me!! i am staring to suspect the "rating formula" of wincustomize, i couldnt agree more with initiatedsean441's comment, the rate is very insulting to this ip theme, can the administrator return the fairness to this theme..
this theme definitely deserves AT LEAST 4.5 stars, it's splendid, amazing work, yangge, 2 thumbs up!!!

Awesome theme. Very detailed and sharp great work. And BTW, I think the rating system works with everything starting at 2.5 and then adjusting based on votes.

Why are people that didn't create the icons concerned about the ratings? Just enjoy the excellent package that they are. The ratings are of no concern to anyone but the creator of the icons, and my guess is he isn't real concerned about them himself. Great job man

rich2791 My method: Download to desktop to new My Downloads folder as .zip. Then right-click on .zip file and choose Open With. Choose Icon Packager 2.5 from Program list. It will open in Icon Packager. Piece of cake. You can also download .zip file to "programs>Stardock>Object Desktop>Icon Packager>Themes" and open it there. Or combination of those as you wish.
