I had the same problem but resolved it with a fresh download and renaming prior to installing in IconPackager |
I did that. Still no no...

chicowest, you must have Iconpackager, then just double click on the ip file. Or open the program and choose 'install new package'.

When I double click a pop-up comes and "The icons for the WindowsXP classic start menu cannot be changed.
This is currently a limitation within the operating system, and not a problem with the IconPackager application.

when i install it says iconpackage not found |
