A little bright for my taste but definately looks high quality. Nice work.

When uploading the skin/theme make sure to write 'WC SKINNING CONTEST' on the file's description to indicate that the skin/theme is competing on the contest. (from Time frame and deadline at the Contest Link: Link ) - I almost missed that you mentioned entering.
