Not sure what's going on.I've downloaded this 3 times and every time IP says there is no icon package in the file.

Thank you all for the kind words, they are for sure very estimulating 
for the ones that having download problems....the file is huge around 9mb and sometimes the Wincustomize servers can go down during the process, so all I can ask is for you to keep trying

Works very well for my New Vista computer. Along with WB for Vista and Logon Studio. Can't wait to see a new section for WB's for just Vista and esp. the New Skin Studio for Vista.

You could also have a nice cursor added to the theme via Icon Packager and it will work very well with Vista ! I've already added a few to mine and it does make things nice.

Unfortunately the Blind doesn't look right on Vista (Ricght Portion of the startmenu). But I guess, there will be an update, to ?
