Excellent icon pack and the grey sub pack makes it even better. Any date when you might release the sub packs Jade and Manilla. Keep up the excellent work.

What version of Iconpackager are you using?
Make sure you have the latest one. That might be the problem.

I tried uploading here but there was a technicality issue. I appears that subpacks can not be uploaded in Iconpack gallery. And the pack together with the gray supack exceeded the size of file to upload here so I seems I can't up load it even if i want it to. Sorry is Wincustomize fault.

I don't know what to tell you. Try Deleting and reinstalling it again if the doesn't work. Try this pack
in Includes the gray subpack http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/41127491/ If after this. still doesn't work, well I think it might be something on you computer. Is anybody else having this problem????

Sorry! I guess you can repack it on your computer. Then apply it. That way you don't have to it one by one
every time you want to use the pack. Do you know how to do it? Let me know if I can be of any more help.

Unzip the package to a folder named Alpha Dista, then using Explore drag and drop the folder into C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes. This works just fine.
