I didnt mean the quicklaunch icons.
I meant the icons that display to the left of the text, in the titlebars of windows and on items in the taskbar.
When I open an explorer window, for example, the default folder icon is displayed in the top-left corner, not the iconpackager one.
Crap!... dont worry, I just figured out what was wrong.
When you have the 'folders' view on (which I am a big fan of) the Windows Explorer icon is displayed, but on mormal view it's ok.
