The solution fairyy~ presented in that thread worked.
Please believe me when I say, that I am not holding you accountable by stating you are brave to mention that it can be an issue with the software, and not the package. If a program is missing a required dll, then that's an issue with the program. Having to uninstall/reinstall is only a temporary solution...until a fix can be released. Now....where my smart ass comments come from, is actually getting Frogboy to admit that the software, none of the packages, are perfect. There are issues with them...I've just given up on helping report them.

Love it, Love it. It was the first icon packager I applied, don't think I'm gonna change it. Goes great with dark themes. Excellent Work!
