well the pack should work with vista but i didn't launch it under this os or xp. For the live folder i had some problem to apply my folder to this icon so it could be better but it works. the 8 bit icons were generated with the batch process sorry for the inconvenience.

Not sure why you have the 8bit icons in there, IMO really not needed these days.
Why win7 only, the larger icon sizes are for Vista and 7, both also have live folders, I do not see live folders icons in this. I have not applied it yet but I know it will work on XP.
