Thanks Fiskiye. You have to install Iconpackager first, it won't work without it. After installing that, you should start the program and than import the downloaded package and apply. That's really all there is to it.

Can anyone tell me how can I install this IconPackage ? I can't seem to understand..
Sorry for my .."noobness" but I am new here.
And one more thing....can I bypass that "Buy" thing so that I can have full acces to WindowsBlinds?

You will need to install Iconpackager and than import this package. as to your bypass question: no, you can't, at least if you want full access
