I have used this package before, but now when I try to install it says there is no icon packager in it 
Help with this..I click the icon packager but for some reason it wont install

it seems like no matter what i do i cant get the icons install and i can only change about 5 of them in the icon changer section in personalize. can any one make a install or help me out please i would very much appreciate it.

Looks nice, but when I tried to install the .ip file, IconPackager said there was no package.
