You can use IconPackager and everything will be done automatically or change the .ip to .zip, unzip them and use them as you like.

I am SOOOO sick of anything that even resembles XP that I usually refuse to waste my breath on them. However, I had to comment. As "ge" said, these are quite sunshiny and now I hate you because you've made me like something XP related.

The icon set, is for the Icon Packager, a utility that changes the main icons of your Windows.
If you don't have Icon Packager, you can download it from www.stardock.com (free trial version). Otherwise, unzip the icon set and use the icons as you like, (right click, properties, change icon e.t.c.)

Wow... these are some colourful icons. Such vivid bright colours...
Maybe you should try and make an windows XP set without the squares around them though? that would make them 10 times better I think... but these are really very good still, thanks for making them

Yes, you are right Jibba, but when I have make them, there was no way to make them with alpha chanel and because I don't like at all the jagged edges, I have choose the solution of the squares around them. May be I will update them without the squares with XP support, if I find the time.
