You must have "IconPackager" to open and use those icons, if you don't have it, go to www.stardock.com and download it, (there is a free version too).
Or rename the .ip to .zip and unzip the file. Then you can use them as you like.

Anywhere on your hard disk, you can use theme, by opening theme from the IconPackager.

I have included in this "XP Set-v3" only the icons that Icon Packager use, the rest of the icons are still in �XP Set v2�, for making this update small.
