I love these icons but for some reason they do not appear properly when i download them, they look all distorted and have black bits in it and look all messed up. Do you know how i can fix this? I have seen this before on icons with 16.7 million colours and a lower colour depth cures it, do you know how i can cure this because i love your icons so much

You have to be using windowsXP at 32 bit color debth to get the most out of these Icons.

I think Icon phile is much better than Iconpackager.
I suggest that you should make another version for Icon phile.

Mormegil, if I may ask, would you like it if I made your icons standard in the operating system i'm making? I am making a free operating system. I would show you the screen shot of when I have it imported. Would you like it in the os as default???

I dont know if the previous comment about have been replyed to about how to change the "Log Off" and "Shut Down" icons but thats all i was wondering.. other than that these freekin icons kick major a$$... i am one always to change the look of my computer to find perfection.. my friend i have found the icon package.. keep up the great work

This is the best looking set of icons I have seen and I am using Windows XP and all of them installed fine except the CD ROM Icons they do not show up unless you refresh and then they only appear for a split second how do I resolve this,I am going to use these permanently.

Great work. These look awesome, I am tempted to install windows xp just to use these & the other sets that go along with it, but I'm not sure I'm ready to stomach a lot of the annoying "features" of xp yet.
Since I don't have xp installed I can't test this, but have you guys who are having trouble with the cd/dvd rom icons tried turning off autoplay? That might make the faus-x icons show up always instead. I'm guessing they show up for a split second cause windows then replaces them with whatever autoplay icons there are, or if there's none it replaces it with the default (bug, it should replace them with the faus-x if no autoplay icon if that's what you've selected).
