Do you use XP? If you don't, I recommend downloading the Black Glass Folders. It's an easier download, the icons are 256 colors and the main difference is that they do not have the drop shadow effect of the XP icons, also, they use less memory.

dude i downloaded these icons and NONE OF THEM WORK

i use XP and now the my computer and my documents have a big X in a rectangle and i downloaded the window blinds skin of it so i want somethink matching.
