Why is it when i download them and open the zipped folder i have only 1 copy of each icon in 16x16 Icon???
Thought they where saved from 16x16 to 128x128????

Hi Peter,
the icons from 16x16 to 128x128 are stored to a single .ico-file.
Some programs like Visual Basic display the icons only in 16x16. The Windows Explorer displays the icons in the format you specified.
Lets say you have set the standard-iconsize to 64x64, then windows will automatically load the correct 64x64 iconformat from the .ico file. Changing the iconsize: Desktop properties > Designs > Advanced > iconsize (I have never worked with a english windows)
