He gave you permission to upload that icon with his brand's name? oh well, then I guess there's no problem in that...and the logo is not mine, as I said it's form in2it, so he's the one you need permission from...

There is no permission in the zip file. Either for Cryo64 or for using his graphics.

To avoid this kind of situation (same if I kept trace of the mall for the permission)
