But, I used Vista and the icons from Icon Developer Works fine.

yep Axialis is the best for moding and making icons that is the only good program they have tho.. But there is the bonus of never having to buy it again

But to make really Vista Ready icons in 256px you should use Axialis IconWorkshop
IconDeveloper don't support Vista Icons (256px compressed for Vista) for now
